Frequently Asked Questions

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers!

OK- so you have come onto our site, scoured through all of our pages full of information, and still you haven’t found the answers that you are looking for? Well we are very sorry, it doesn’t mean that we don’t know the answer to what you are looking for, it just means that we haven’t yet been asked the question. You may find the answer listed here, but if not, please get in touch using the contact form to your bottom right.

What services do you provide?

We are able to provide a full range of accountancy services including: Bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, sole trader accounts, partnership accounts, personal tax returns, limited company accounts, rental accounts, forensic reporting and company secretarial items.

What do i need to do to sign up?

First of all get in touch and we can take it from there. Even if you have already set up your business, you will be required to have a client interview with one of our staff. We will verify your identity and take some information about you and your business – you can then leave the rest to us.

How much will it cost?

Please review our pricing page for a rough idea but don’t take that price as gospel. The price you will pay will be dependent on the level of service you require and all prices will be discussed at your initial consultation. If for any reason there will be any additional work which needs to be done for whatever reason we will discuss this with you so there are no nasty suprises.

Will i have to travel to your office?

We realise that the times we operate our business are more than likely the same times as most of our clients. We also understand how important your time is when running your business. With this in mind, we can visit you at your office when the time is convenient with you – just get in touch and book an appointment.

What support will you offer my business?

We will support your business all the way. We keep up to date with relevant legislation to ensure that we provide you with the best advice. If there is something that is outside of the scope of our duties then it is more than likely that we can put you in touch with someone who can help.

One More Question?

What if I am unsure about anything and am worried about asking as i might get a big bill? Well all we can say to that is – JUST ASK! We are approachable and understand that some clients just want to send across a quick one line email question. For simple support like this we won’t be adding anything to your bill, we prefer you to ask if you are unsure of something rather than make a mistake that will be costly further down the line. If you ask us to deal with something that is not quite so straightforward then we will discuss with you any fees that might apply.

Do you have one last question? If so….
